well yesterday i got some sort of aspyware program on y taskbar. every 5 minutes or so it pops up sayin: "System Alert! System has etected a number of spyware programs.......Click here to get an up to date spyware removal program" and then it takes me to Spydawn. how do i remove this crap, it's annoying. can anyone provide software, links or other useful info on how to emove this? the best answer will recieve 10 points
