I have a spyware program that is blocking internet access so there fore I can't download updates before running. The 3 programs I am having problems with are error cleaner, privacy protector,and spyware & malware protection. I am trying to keep from reformating all together.

Go to ciruitcity or bestbuy and buy a software antivirus program.
