I know we've all heard this a million times before, but I'm infected - cannot find the infected file - and the spyware automatically scripts any of my pages or search inquires to spam sites. I can't download windows defender or any other basic program because they all need to be validated, and in the process of validating the software the server automatically redirects the address to spam sites THUS crippling me from being able to put anything to use. I tried torrenting some spyware removal programs to no prevail. If anyone has had this same problem or has any ideas I'd be forever grateful.

I would say for free you may not get the performance from an antivirus, spyware software. But just visit www.filehippo.com to get a whole bunch of free antivirus, spyware programs. I'd suggest AVG.

I have a vicious spyware program that has attached to my comp (Advance Virus Remover) I can afford to purchase a program to remove it. So if anyone knows of a good free program that wil scan AND remove it...Please help me!

My computer got badly infested with viruses, trojans, malware, adware. Well all of the things you dont want. My yahoo account has already been tampered with. I have tried to find free programs (because I do not have any money what so ever to spend on this) the will scan and remove them. I havent had mush luck finding ones that will scan AND remove them. and the ones that i have found doesnt get rid of them all.I also dont want it to take 5 hours just to scan. I want something that will target all or as many of the trojan, virus, malware, adware, and spyware as possilve fast and FREE and really effective

you get what you pay for when you get free programs like that. with that being said go to google and search avg. the first result should be freeavg.grisoft.com or something similar and they have been voted before the best "FREE" antivirus program and they also have a spyware program that is also free.

and to have a better chance of getting rid off everything try and scan your computed in safe mode.

Are there any good spyware programs that also removes? I use spyware docotr, but its the trial version, and it found 200 something problems, so i really need to get rid of it, cause my computer is really slow because of it. Is there a free good program that i can use and will take away all my spyware problems?
