Spybot S&D seems like the popular option. The other is Advanced Windows Care from IObit. It's a free registry cleaner with an in-built spyware remover. That's what I personally use.

Try Spybot: Search and Destroy. I haven’t tried it on my Dell, but I’ve heard that it’s really good. I hope that helps.
